Problem 3: The battery voltage is low, but the battery voltage is still not charged up after more than ten hours of power on charging.

Failure analysis: judging from the phenomenon of the battery or charging circuit failure

Solution ideas: 

1, check whether the charging circuit input and output voltage is normal;

2, if the charging circuit input is normal, the output is not normal, disconnect the battery and then measured, if still not normal for the charging circuit failure;

3, if the charging circuit input and output are normal after disconnecting the battery, it means that the battery has not been charged for a long time, over discharge or has reached the end of life and other reasons and damage.

 

Problem 4: After the UPS power supply is turned on, there is no display on the panel, the UPS power supply does not work

Failure analysis: from the phenomenon to determine the fault in the utility input, battery and utility detection part and battery voltage detection circuit

Solution: 

1, check whether the utility input fuse is blown;

2, if the utility input fuse is intact, check whether the battery insurance is burned, because some UPS when the self-test battery voltage, will be all the UPS output and display off;

3, if the battery insurance is intact, check whether the utility detection circuit is working properly, if the utility detection circuit is not working properly and the UPS does not have no utility start function, the UPS will also turn off all outputs and displays.

4, if the city detection circuit is working properly, then check whether the battery voltage detection circuit is normal.

 

Problem 5: When the utility power supply is normal, the UPS power supply is turned on, the inverter indicator flashes, the buzzer sounds intermittent, the UPS power supply can only work in the inverter state, can not be converted to utility work.

Failure analysis: the inverter power supply to the utility power conversion part of the failure

Solution: 

1, whether the utility input fuse is damaged;

2, if the utility input fuse is intact, check the utility rectifier filter circuit output is normal;

3, if the utility rectifier filter circuit output is normal, check whether the utility detection circuit is normal;

4, if the utility detection circuit is normal, then check whether the inverter power supply to the utility power supply conversion control output is normal.
