Build a home for the cell - end plate and side plate welding
The battery module is mostly made of aluminum end plate and side plate, which are laminated and welded by robot.
Wiring harness isolation board assembly
After the welding monitoring system accurately locates the welding position, bind the wire harness isolation board material bar code to MES production scheduling management system and generate a separate code for traceability. After coding, the wire harness isolation board is automatically loaded into the module by the manipulator.
Complete battery series and parallel - laser welding
Through automatic laser welding, the pole is connected with the connecting plate, and the battery is connected in series and parallel.
Offline before an important level - offline test
Check the full performance of modules before offline, including module voltage/resistance, battery voltage, voltage resistance test, insulation resistance test. Standardized module design principles can be customized to match different vehicle types, and each module can also be installed in the optimal space and predetermined location in the car.
Each battery pack contains a number of battery cells that are integrated with connectors, controllers and cooling systems, and is packaged in an aluminum casing. It is automatically fixed by bolts and connected by electrical connectors. Even if a fault occurs, only a single module can be replaced instead of the whole battery pack, which greatly reduces the maintenance workload and risk. The replacement of modules only requires disassembling the cooling system and does not involve other components.
